This standard shortening hook ensures optimal interaction between chain and hook thanks to the special design of the chain contact area. Moreover, the integrated safety catch protects the chain from an accidental release. Further, the usage in the welded system has to be prevented.
Even when shortened, the load capacity is not reduced. It complies with EN 1677-1 with the mechanical values for G10.
