Competitive edge. Simply strong. Welds lasts longer. Pewag forstgrip pro is the professional chain, of the new forestry chain generation, for extreme use due to asymmetrical arranged spikes and forged parts.
pewag forstgrip pro is the reinforced version of the pewag forstgrip. The innovative square links with asymmetrically welded spikes provide stability and are very resistant to twisting. To strengthen the chain further, the spikes of the forged parts are asymmetrically arranged. This design guarantees an optimal entry angle of the link hitting the ground, preserving the soil, enhancing better traction and providing safety.
The pattern of the chain mesh of the pewag forstgrip pro guarantees a smooth ride and maximum tire protection, since pressure on the tire is distributed evenly. The welded rings allow adaption to the wear of the tire with adjustment elements.
The pewag forstgrip product line is the first series of forestry chains made of the special TitanGrip® steel to guarantee a long life span.
Pewag forstgrip pro is available with or without tensioning chain in the following material diameters:
- 10.5 mm (ring 12 mm): close-meshed and slender chain for smaller forestry machines and hard grounds
- 12.5 mm (ring 15 mm): all-round model for all forestry machines and hard or frozen grounds
- 15.5 mm (ring 17 mm): strong and open-meshed for soft grounds
